Scots pick uncapped trio for tour

Frank Hadden has named all bar 3 of his squad to visit Argentina for two tests in June.  There are three uncapped players in Ben Cairns, Moray Low and Thom Evans.  They are joined by hooker Dougie Hall, who returns to the international set-up after recovering from a knee injury.

French-based players, including Simon Taylor, Nathan Hines and Chris Cusiter have been omitted, while Sean and Rory Lamont are sidelined by injury.  Mike Blair continues to captain the side in the absence of Jason White, who will undergo knee surgery when his season with Sale comes to an end.

Scotland will play the Pumas, who finished third at last year’s World Cup, on 7 June (Rosario) and 14 June (Buenos Aires).
