France coach Marc Lievremont has recalled full-back Clement Poitrenaud as one of three changes to his squad for the Six Nations clash with England. Locks Romain Millo-Chluski and Pascal Pape also come in, with Anthony Floch, Arnaud Mela and Loic Jacquet dropped for their home game on 23 February.
