The new shirt for the Rugby world Cup (RWC) in France this September is expected to be available from July. The shirt has subtle changes from previous versions with the major change being the white bands only featuring across the front with a border splitting the front from sides and sleeves.

France open the 2007 Rugby World Cup (RWC) on the 7th September at the Stade De France with a game against Argentina in pool’D’. This will be only the second time the sides have met in the RWC, the last occasion was in the quarter-finals 1999 when France came out winners 47-26.

Argentina beat Uruguay 26-0 in Buenos Aires on Saturday. This victory secures the Pumas sixth appearance in the RWC finals in France 2007. They will join hosts France, Ireland, a third European team and the top qualifier from Africa in group D.
