IRB reduces committment for 2015 and 2019

Good news for all the nations bidding for the 2015 and 2019 Rugby World Cup’s.
The IRB has reduced the commitment for 2015 from £100 million down to £80 million and for 2019 from £120 million down to £100 million.

South Africa have two forced changes for Saturday’s Test against England

Hooker Bismarck du Plessis injured his hamstring in the win over Scotland and is replaced by brother Jannie, a prop, with John Smit reverting to hooker. Danie Rossouw will start at flanker in place of Juan Smith, who suffered a knock to the head at Murrayfield.
