Namibia RWC Squad

Namibia coach Hakkies Husselman has named nine of his teammates from the last Rugby World Cup in his 30-man squad for the 2007 tournament in France. Husselman played three games for Namibia in the 2003 tournament, scoring a try in their defeat by Argentina, but this time around he will be the youngest coach at Rugby World Cup 2007.

Namibia have been drawn in Pool D alongside host nation France, Ireland, Argentina and Georgia with the Irish – albeit without their injured captain Brian O’Driscoll – their first opponents in Bordeaux on 9 September. The side warmed up for the World Cup with a first ever Test against South Africa in Cape Town on Wednesday, a match which ended in a heavy 105-13 loss.
