Rob Andrew is England’s New Elite Director Of Rugby
Will Rob Andrew’s appointment as Elite Director of Rugby be in time for England to retain the World Cup. With just over 12 months until the first game kicks off in France for RWC 2007 will the management and particularly Rob Andrew be able to get the England team in the right frame of mind to win through and retain the Webb Ellis trophy?
