La Beaujoire Stadium In Nantes
Situated in the western France town of Nantes, La Beaujoire stadium has hosted international rugby matches in the past although the last occasion was in 1998. It is a 38,000 all capacity stadium which was built in 1984. The record attendance being 51,000 people for an international football game in 1984 before it was made all seater.
The stadium was one of the venues for the Football World Cup in France in 1998 and has hosted many music gigs with Genesis, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, and U2 to name but a few.
The stadium will host three of the pool games featuring Wales on the 9th and 29th September and England on the 22nd September.
