Pool A will contain England, South Africa, Samoa, USA and Tonga. There will be a real surprise if the qualifiers from this pool are any teams other than England and South Africa though Samoa do have an outside chance. We favour South Africa to head the pool which will be a close call against England. Expect Tonga and the USA to fight it out for the bottom slot.
